Reptiles of the Deep
Snakes & Kraits
Sea snakes and kraits are among the most venomous snakes in the world and Steve enters their underwater habitat to swim among them. In Fiji Steve discovers an island teeming with Snakes and in Australia assists in the milking of sea snake venom to produce life saving anti-venom.
Steve takes us on a journey into the world of the endangered sea turtles - the Greens and the Loggerheads - to study their amazing lifecycle from mating, laying, hatching, and death.
Steve enters the ocean habitat of crocodiles and lizards that can dive to the depths of the ocean. Steve swims to the sea bed with the amazing iguanas of the Galapagos Islands and observes them up close while feeding and swimming alongside a 10ft saltwater crocodile.
