Here at Australia Zoo Online Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Within 30 days of purchase, you can return your product/s for either of the following options: exchange for a different product, a store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.
Any product being returned must be in original sale condition, being unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused, with original tags/label/packaging intact. Postage payable for ‘change of mind’ returns is the customers’ responsibility.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Reply to your order confirmation email to request which product/s you would like to return, and if you would like an exchange, store credit or refund.

Ensure item/s are in original sale condition and packaged as best as possible to minimise risk of damage during transit.

Send your item/s back to our warehouse; please include your name, order number and email address within the parcel to help us easily identify who the return is from.
