Shipping and Delivery
Please note Australia Zoo online Shop currently has a 4-7 business day dispatch time to get your order picked and carefully packed.
Once dispatched, your parcel will be in the hands of the postage company, where we have no control over delivery times. If you would like to find an estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team or refer to the attached link.

Due to ongoing union strike action, Canada Post has advised all countries to temporarily stop sending all items to Canada. As a result, all services to and from Canada are temporarily suspended as of 27 November 2024.
International items that have already been sent to Canada between 4-26 November will be held securely by Canada Post, however tracking information from Canada Post may not be available at this time. Once services resume, items will be processed and delivered by Canada Post as quickly as possible. However, customers should expect delays as Canada Post works to manage the volume and stabilise operations.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Prices will be determined based on the weight of all products in your cart, along with the postal destination.
Australia Zoo does not add any additional levies or surcharges to your delivery costs. However, there may be some other charges your destination country may apply, and we do not absorb these. For the UK, and all other EU countries, please refer to the attached links.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking email from Australia Post (this may end up in your junk folder). You can track your parcel with the provided tracking number on the Australia Post website. For international parcels, this tracking number may also be used in the parcel tracking function of your country’s national postal service. If you need assistance with tracking your order, please contact our customer service team.
If you have made an error with your address please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. As our warehouse can have your order completely quite quickly, we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to change your shipping details, although we will try our absolute best to assist with this request!
When required, we are happy to assist you in changing or cancelling your order, providing the team has not completed and/or dispatched your order yet, so please contact us as soon as possible.
Free standard shipping is available for domestic and international orders with a total cart value equal to or exceeding $150AUD (excluding discounts and taxes).
The free shipping discount excludes certain products that require being shipped separately in its own packaging;or, once packaged, exceeds 1 metre in length.These products include, but are not limited to: Large Canvas Prints, Posters and Umbrellas.
